Looking for some input. Took my truck a few weeks back to a local mechanic. I blew out the rear seal and needed it replaced. Took it in had it done no problem. Was shifting funky then one morning I got stranded at work in anadarko I could shift but it wouldnt engage in any gears but park. Took it back he did a full trans service and gave it back. Still was still kicking in and out of gear in drive and reverse was slacky. Took it to get gas and was sitting in a pool of atf. Pulled it apart and this is what I found along with new clean trans fluid that smells burnt and my oil pan gasket gooped with silicone. Trying to get confirmation as to what I think happened and that its based solely on the fact that it was put back together improperly so I can take it back to the mechanic and have it fixed. Or have it fixed elsewhere and the guilty party served the tab.
