Looking to get a menstrual cup for my upcoming period and hopefully, never look back! Ive always used tampons... and have recently been interested in the cup. But, first I have a few questions for any of you using/used them. Is it hard to insert, or keep in? Is it messy? How often would it be cleaned in a day? Is it uncomfortable? And most importantly... which one do you highly recommend getting/trying? I think I seen one called the Diva Cup in my local health food store here in Canada... any suggestions are great.
