Looks like Woodward is Suing Algie: I’ve been following the LP1 - TopicsExpress

Looks like Woodward is Suing Algie: I’ve been following the LP1 development since Mr. David Algie started the Algie Composite Aircraft Yahoo Group in 2002 and anxiously waiting to place my deposit once the flight testing period is complete. Imagine my dismay, while doing an internet search, when I came across a lawsuit from Lubbock, Texas; “Woodward v Algie” found at the following site: dockets.justia/docket/texas/txndce/5:2013cv00126/232880/ and related documents at: https://rfcexpress/lawsuits/recovery-of-overpayment-enforcement-of-judgment/texas-northern-district-court/517795/loyd-woodward-v-david-algie-and-linda-algie/official-court-documents/ . It appears that Mr. Loyd Woodward is suing Mr. Algie and his wife. If this is true, has Mr. Woodward and Woodward Aerospace considered the repercussions of these actions? What will happen to the current deposit holders and future deposit holders? What about the possible boycott of Woodward Aerospace and the products they provide? What will become of the LP1 project? Mr. Algie has been designing and building this project for more than 10 years on a shoestring budget. I’m sure all LP1 enthusiasts, including myself, were very excited when, about three years ago, Woodward Aerospace began marketing the LP1 and, I assume, backing Mr. Algie to expedite completion. I am in hopes that this is a grave mistake and this lawsuit will be dropped immediately. At the risk of losing a potential buyer and customer, please explain Woodward.
