Looks like the person who started the earlier post saw that there were very few on his side. This is what I had planned to post when the string disappeared. Sorry, all I see here is a bunch of people that dont want their lifestyle to be illegal, arguing with a grower (maybe two) that will need to comply to survive, and a couple of people that do not trust our government to regulate and tax something that currently costs us all money to keep illegal. I know our government is not perfect, just like the law, but it isnt going anywhere, and making a principle stand on this one issue based on your governmental loathing could potentially keep my lifestyle illegal. I would actually trust the OLCC more then some kid slinging bags down town. If a popular law gets arbitrarily changed, the masses will let them know about it. Legalize now why we have the chance, and momentum is in our favor. Each year more an more states allow medicinal use, and the same will happen with recreational if the momentum keeps going. Another 10-20 states with recreational laws on the books, and the feds will act to legalize it nationally. Every year we waste waiting for a better law to come up, the forces against the basic idea will get stronger. I hope the demographics stay the same as this discussion has, because I think it would pass. Get out and let everyone know the importance of this vote, or the few anti pot or black market naysayers are going to win!
