Lord, what a day! Lord what a day! Starting with 6 hours at the ER at DCH Tuscaloosa with the Mrs. Then a code gray and a code yellow while we in the ER which by the way is “TORNADO WARNING” as explained by one of the nurses! Just as both our phones went off with a weather alert at the same time and yes it was a, “TORNADO WARNING” and “TAKE COVER!” Plus it stormed all the way home to top off the day! The older I get, the more I hate driving at night. The old vision isn’t as good as it used to be at night, you know? Then it’s raining too!!! YES INDEED! Then to top that off, I had tail lights in front of me to follow as my guide on the way back home all the way to Moundville. But we had to stop at the Dollar General to get some Tylenol in Moundville. We got back on the road and we the only car going south! Tail lights gone! I’m like WTF!!!! Let me SEE, all I can say is “Thank you Sir!” We made it back home safe, the Mrs. is in some pain, but all the tests (blood, urine, ct scan) were negative. Again, Thank you Sir! So the pain pills, muscle relaxers and some bed rest are up on deck and it’s all good! Say a prayer for Djtn if you will! Much appreciated!
