Lori and I just finished a 3 mile walk (my 1st in 3 years). Shes a great walking partner among many other great attributes. I am just under 3 months since the second hip replacement surgery (5 months since the first). My body is getting use to the workload of walking and exercising and much stretching. I have to admit the journey can be achy at times but nothing that a soak in the Jacuzzi cant take care of. Every week I find myself doing simple things that I couldnt do for years (like tying my shoes). I am grateful to the Great Physician Who gives me daily strength for this life on mine. Now it Shabbat for all who keep the 7th day Sabbath. Its time to rest and focus on the Life Giver. Live in Peace!
