Lot of stuff today...did a weigh in for the first time in several weeks since that 12 week weight loss contest ended (weighed after the morning workout)...had lost 16 pounds at the end of the contest and now---14 more pounds lost for a total of 30 pounds lost. I was afraid that I was starting to lose some muscle mass as the weight keeps dropping off and my pants are looser...so today I really concentrated on blasting the triceps and biceps with heavy weight, multi-sets, plus lots of whey protein before and after (as well as creatine, vitamins, etc.) Decided to do the bulk of my healthcare provider CPR/BLS online so I would only have to spend one hour at a facility for the skill check offs...after I already signed up and paid the fee, I then discovered that my iPad does not support flash adobe which is needed for the study modules, etc. So I will have to go visit some place that has a computer with flash and also a printer. Oh well. Got a bunch of finances in line today with some stuff I had been working on, so hopefully, buying the camper and going mobile with my truck is just around the corner...will be looking at the bigger travel trailer, I think, over the truck camper, for more room...will have the necessary stuff like air conditioning, heating, toilet, shower, refrigerator, kitchen, bed, etc...plus will look at adding the solar panels and generator to give it much flexibility for times down the road visiting places, going on adventures. Did not work any on the novel today...too much stuff to do so far...maybe after a long nap. A car almost hit me again (that happened twice in one day a few weeks ago)...I was starting to go through the green light and a car turned right in front of me...somehow, some way, some sort of hard to describe inner prompting made me stop before it hit me...
