Lots of cars and people parked on the A24 this morning? repost from Sarah: Just driven north on the A24 past the Southern Water layby and wondered why there were so many cars parked there (this is at 6.45 in the morning!) They were parked all down the slope behind the fence as well. Ive noticed this before last year about the same time. Whats going on? Its obviously some kind of event but what is it? And is it legal?!
