Lots of people have been complaining about the quality and service from pizza factory and I feel the need to let everyone in on whats going on. First off, we are so understaffed that we can barely keep up with demand. When we have 6-10+ orders going all at once it takes a lot longer than you or we want. Especially when we only have one cook making 20-50+ pizzas plus appetizers, sides, salads and more. This is a tough and demanding job when youre all alone. And things take time. we make *everything* to order. Nothing here is pre made. Weve had days that have been so busy we had been telling people over the phone that their delivery could be 3.5 hours. That is a super rare occurrence. Usually itll be around 30-45 minutes up to an hour-15 on a regular night average. If it gets busy it can be longer, and delivering out to camp sometimes takes even longer. We only have one driver per day usually. Please understand, you are not our only customer. As to the bad customer service, there really isnt a good excuse for that. But from personal experience, I try to be as personable and friendly as I can. Everyone has bad days though, were only human. For the people complaining about orders, dont just tell us that the order is messed up, tell us exactly why, or better yet, show us! take photos, or if you can, bring it in to show us and then we can try to replace it or refund it. Quite often the complaints about our rudeness is when customers are complaining about something else. This is because our staff is becoming weary about people trying to scam us out of food and money because this has been happening so often lately. Please dont take it personally This is a quick note from me: in the past with deliveries that Ive ordered from a number of restaurants in town, theyve come cold, I just throw it in the oven for a few minutes. Thats my advice for that complaint. For the people saying that all we need to do is hire more people, Please find us more people to hire. No one has applied because no one wants to work a job for under 15$
