Louis van Gaal has had spy cameras installed pitchside at Uniteds - TopicsExpress

Louis van Gaal has had spy cameras installed pitchside at Uniteds Aon Training Complex as part of his overhaul of the facility, to ensure he can scrutinise every detail of training and analyse it accordingly. The video cameras pick up every last detail, from a players positioning right down to his facial expression, so Van Gaal can identify those are comfortable and those who are struggling with his methods. The installation of the cameras has cost thousands of pounds and defender Jonny Evans said it shows the lengths to which Van Gaal will go to revive the Old Trafford giants. Its a lot more detailed at the training ground. Theyve spent thousands on it and a few of the lads have seen HD cameras around the pitch. We have this system at the minute where he can watch us on the pitch. I think a lot of teams use it, but were looking into it in quite a lot of detail. Hes saying, You should be five yards to the right and were able to see things that are happening live on the pitch. We went through a video the other night and I was 10 yards out. Its also reported that van Gaal Van Gaal has arranged for square tables to be replaced with circular tables at eating facilities to encourage conversation between players. [Source: Mirror]
