“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 1 Corinthians 13:4.” Have you ever experienced this kind of love? Oh…how wonderful it would be if only someone would always be patient with us no matter what. How wonderful it would be if someone would love us always and how wonderful it would be if someone was caring and kind all our lives! We all want to be loved forever and we are longing to be loved this way. But it doesn’t always happen this way. We all experience acts of impatience and unkindness and have felt unloved. Forget about what we have experienced – the question we need to ask is, are we showing these characteristics of patience, love, care and kindness? Prayer: Dear Lord, please help me to love and be kind just as you love me. Amen! RC
