Love that my wedding ring is getting loose :). Loved what scales showed at Dr Thursday even though he more less told me I was fat. Looked at me to tell me that and I beat him to it. I said I know Im fat I dont need you to tell me. I told him Im working on losing weight and he said if it doesnt work there is new diet pills out there that works but are expensive and gastric bypass and I said Im not interested in either :). Im going to do this with Gods help prayer and the help of my family and friends. I was down by the time I left there, but I didnt put it on over night so it will take awhile to get it off.
