Love this quote from Ajahn There are two types of religion, people who bend the truth to fit their belief and people who bend their belief to fit the truth. Any people who impose a belief on a person or group of people is the first...if it does not create harmony it is not the Truth. If however we are willing to bend our belief to a greater understanding of Truth..that is the key to peace and harmony. The Truth can be found in any religion...how you know is the peace and harmony it brings to your heart..and most of all the Love. There is absolutely no such thing as being chosen...we are all born with the same or equal propensity. Some prefer ignorance others struggle and strive for truth. You cant waste time worrying about the things you cant do anything about. Stop carrying it. Another wonderful lesson from Ajahn when his teacher asked him how heavy is a stick? As he held a stick in his hand... but before Ajahn could answer his teacher threw the stick into the woods. Ajahn said why did you do that? ......his teacher replied thats how heavy a stick is. It is as heavy as you like if you continue to carry it around with you. Throw your stick into the woods.
