Lubricants Technical and Marketing Coordinator Description / Requirements Responsible for providing product knowledge and technical product application advice to internal and external customers across the MOTUL range of products available in Greece. Support in developing and implementing marketing and advertising initiatives including website and social media management. Technical Support • Supports importer’s and customers’ sales staff by providing product information and technical product application advice • Provides technical advice based on telephone calls, customer visits and queries to internal and external customers (both existing and prospective). • Investigate and resolve lubricants related problems and customer complaints. Training • Conduct internal and external technical training to sales staff customers, distributors and mechanics Website Management - Social media • Motul.gr website management including translation of existing corporate material and developing additional material fit to the Greek market situation • Create and manage social media channels (Facebook etc.) Marketing Support • Communication Materials: adapt high impact materials from hqs and develop and manage product collateral including data sheets, sale sheets, case studies, and technical documentation. Write and distribute press releases. Produce media kits as required. • Support promotional activities and product launches (according to activity calendar) Market Intelligence • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Complete analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Candidate profile To be qualified, the ideal candidate will have: • Excellent technical and mechanical knowledge. Comfortable reading engineering drawings, specifications, proposals • Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create, compose and proof written materials. Talent in developing and delivering high impact presentations. • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. • Above average Microsoft Office Suite experience , particularly Excel • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners. • Capable of conducting market research and using the appropriate analytical tools for post analysis. • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer service. Proud to maintain a professional appearance. • English speaking and writing proficiency. Additional language (preferably German) will be a plus • Ability to travel Highly desirable: Internet marketing skills including mobile (phones and tablets). Knowledge of and experience in social networking platforms, and latest internet collaboration platforms (Google+, other).
