Lunch has been served and the silence is almost deafening. Butts up, beaks buried in bowls and only small chuckles as a favorite tidbit is reached. Breakfast this morning included sweet peas. Without exception, all the bowls had popped pea hulls as the only evidence left behind. Jojo is back to his sweet self, giving beaky kisses and stepping up like a gentleman. He is learning the eagle man. That means he is learning to raise his wings for inspection of feather conditions and any other things along his sides. still wont hold them like the others, but he will get there. Gemma is a bit jealous when she sees him doing it, so of course she has to do it too and holler Stick em up! as she does it. She knows this one, lol. Berrie is still hormonal and barbering feathers on her breast. Feel sad for her and cant wait until she leaves them alone. I can only imagine how hard this is on all of them.
