The 13th Avenue School PTA has always submitted dates at the beginning of the year to avoid scheduling conflicts. If there are other events scheduled on some of these dates please let me know and we will secure off site venues with ample notice. In addition our meetings are scheduled at the convenience of parents and staff members who are truly committed should make sincere efforts to attend and participate even if its a representative from a particular grade level or CST. In conclusion we welcome the inclusion/participation of staff including the guidance counselor but our primary goal is to enhance parental involvement.
