We have over 115 M local stores currently trading with ambitious plans to reach the 200 mark in 2015. What will I do? Our great teams need fantastic Store Managers to support, coach and develop them. Working hands-on youll be responsible for the whole store performance, managing a team of up to 20 colleagues and delighting around 6,000 customers a week. Youll have had experience of maximising productivity within a food retail environment and driving individual and team performance to achieve organisational objectives and KPIs. What skills and experience do I need ? Youll have worked in a retail management role where exceptional customer service is key. • Youll have previously managed a team and have a track record of coaching, developing and motivating a team of high performing individuals to achieve great results. • Youll have experience of legal responsibility and be familiar with compliance procedures.
