M23 commander Brigadier General Sultani Emmnauel Makenga is sending some of his troops to school.to university.many wd say that makes the M23 a rebel movement with a difference .but to some of us ,it is enough to kindle a light of suspicion or curiosity.is the M23 a puppet rebel movement that we have been led believe it is.or is it a clever movement that has let itself be used as long as that helps it to achieve its own agenda.?wat is the M23 fighting for anyway?
