All corporate membership must be paid yearly in full or be guaranteed by an individual’s credit card if paid on a monthly basis. Some companies choose to pay the membership for their employees. Other companies pay for the year and then deduct the fees monthly from their employees. Monthly payments can be made by individuals with their credit card automatically debited, however, all paperwork should be handled by one person in the Human Resources department or an assigned person of the company. If the company has paid for an employee’s membership and the employee leaves the company the membership can be transferred to a new employee.
