Office is in Mohandiseen. Please share with you friends. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MFTR is growing fast! Since our re-inception in Ramadan of 2013, we’re seeking a full-time passionate and dedicated individual to strategize, manage and implement the now global reach MFTR holds for impacting the lives of children. Responsibilities: - Head all MFTR operation in Egypt, administrative and otherwise - Establish and oversee chapters in other countries - Strategize future vision in co-operation with Omar Samra - Manage MFTR social media accounts (FB, twitter, instagram etc.) and oversee social media strategies for other chapters - Manage the MFTR website (update volunteers of the months, events, pictures etc.) and the MFTR newsletter - Build volunteer network, engage and incentive existing volunteers - Develop partnerships, both local and regional, with NGOs, CSR initiatives, schools, stores, MNCs, local companies and other related organizations - Manage Toy Run wrapping/sorting days with volunteers - Grow MFTR awareness and social reach - Manage relationships with beneficiaries (orphanages, hospitals, refugee associations etc.) - Liaise with branding and creative agencies for events and marketing collateral - Explore and oversee the possibility of a USA foundation and assess the need for other charity registrations worldwide - Manage future hires as the initiative grows Pre-requisites: - Passionate about social development for kids - Strong fieldwork experience in social/community development - Good command of the English and Arabic language, both written and spoken - Highly motivational, proactive and organized to mobilize volunteers and stakeholders alike - Effective time management skills - Creative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
