MD URGENT: A very sweet 1 year old female pit mix is need of rescue from Tri-County Animal Shelter in Hughesville, MD. She is reported to be deaf and will need to be spayed. Her previous owner knows she is there, but has stated that he will not go get her. She has been at the shelter for a long time now, and this shelter is a kill shelter.
