MEPS - to help to withdraw frm anywhere (hope the same method can be used by every branch to print statement) need bank statement, went to rhb sri petaling, waited 10min, she ask to go to rhb oug.went thr, staff told cannot print at branch,nd to go the place we open acc,cz they cannot access othr branch account,n told me to go rhb inside tesco, old klang road.i ask y i need to go, if cannot print at branch...he kept quiet. nxt wen to rhb, hs lee, kl. staff at entrance ask to go upstair to prnt statement, wen upstair.aftr fw mins, a lady told to go to next building, rhb credit dprmnt to print. went there, told the staff nd to print statement, he gv a number. after fw mins, the number appear n i wen to the counter,told my need n the staff check my ic. he told cannot print there, need to go rhb collection dept, caps square. wen there, told to staff my need, she told she can arrange incharge staff to print 1 statement only (credit card) but not personal loan statement,cz she dnt knw who in charge. but amazingly, she sitting at front desk of collection dept...waited for a credit card inchrge staff, came n i told my need, she went to print.waited for 20mins. meanwhile chckd with frntdesk staff,she still cannot figure out who to ask. credit card staff came, received statement, told if she cn find anyby inchrge of personal loan, she went inside, waited 15mins, another guy came,i told my need,again.he took my details, n told he will mail me the statement as he need end of tis week at least to arrange the statement!!!!! wen bck,2 n half hours spent.needed, bank statement.but poor system. couldnt do anything.
