METALS & COMMODITIES ANALYSIS Sept-27-2013 Gold At 09:40 GMT, Gold is trading at $1323.29 per ounce, 0.07% lower from the New York close, as uncertainty over the outlook for US monetary policy kept traders on the sidelines, although wrangling over the US budget supported prices and pressured the dollar. This morning, Gold traded at a high of $1342 and a low of $1320 per ounce. In the New York session yesterday, the yellow metal traded 0.75% lower, and closed at $1324.18. Gold has its first support at $1319.35 and first resistance at $1339.88. Silver Silver is trading at $21.57 per ounce, 0.73% lower from the New York close, at 09:40 GMT this morning. This morning, Silver traded at a high of $21.87 and a low of $21.50. Silver traded 0.65% lower against the USD in the New York session, and closed at $21.73, tracking losses in the gold prices. Silver has its first support at $21.35 and first resistance at $21.95. Crude Oil At 09:40 GMT, Oil is trading at $102.44 per barrel, 0.40% lower from the New York close, as diplomatic efforts over Syria and Iran continue to ease worries about risks to supply from the Middle East. This morning, Oil traded at a high of $102.86 and a low of $102.36. Yesterday, Oil traded marginally lower in the New York session, and closed at $102.87. It has its first support at $102.10 and first resistance at $103.03.
