MEXICAN BORDER/ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION POSITION Yesterday I had an interview with Laura Myers, the political writer for the Las Vegas Review Journal. She wanted my position on the above issue so I iterated it and I want to share my answer with you all. What we have to look at is what actually worked historically. We have fought wars with Mexico. We took northern Mexico by force and treaty and made it part of our nation. The bottomline is that if Mexico continues to implode into the US then we will have to do what we did in the past. We will have to take/annex another part of northern Mexico and give it as a place for all of these new immigrants/refugees to reside under Constitutional law. That’s the bottomline. That was the historical solution of our ancestors. Again, simply taking refugees off the street into your homeland will eventually destroy your homeland and create enemies with these refugee victims. We have to force Mexico to change. We seem to have no problem going to Iraq and forcing them to change. Why can’t we just do the same with Mexico. We can and we must. We can enlist these refuguees in taking back their land. We have to help the Mexican people have a real revolution if necessary. Their government in the north cannot maintain order. The cartels are taking over and there are over 50000 dead Mexicans on the border. It is a WAR zone. We can establish peace there and we can enlist the Mexicans in an army to do just that if their government will not. That is what had to happen historically on the part of the US and it may have to again. That is the bottomline. That is American history. That worked.
