MH 370 Dear Moorthy, I trust that everything is going nice there!! Just Looking Back …….. Before going in to this artifact I need to brief you about my experience it was happened to me by the mid of August – 2013. It was night and I was returning back to Delhi after participating project engineering meeting at Ahmedabad by (I will share you the flight information later) domestic flight. Boarding pass and security check like formalities were been completed and we all passengers waiting in the respective recline. All of a sudden an announcement had come like as usual painless voice that the flight is going to be delayed by 30 minutes. Here we need to understand(If you are a regular nomad) that the real time would become 60 minutes since they will proclaim actual running time delay basically, and thereafter it will take landing, clearing the passengers, cleaning the air craft seats and releasing the baggages etc. Ok … Ok…understand … before you finding stones I will jump to next!!! Finally the flight had reached to runway limit and was waiting for takeoff sequence. Air hostess were exchanging foodstuff between both the corners … some passengers started discussing about Indian policy paralysis … some drunkards already started flying towards paradise tentatively … most of people were siting sadly like participating funeral function….. Few of them were discussing about takeoff delay …An infant was crying repeatedly its parents were trying all the way to arrest the lament… Now a voice is coming from cockpit … We all are laughing about the cockpit announcement including airhostess… yes the pilot said by mistake landing the flight instead of takeoff!!! Flight started with minimum ground level speed … Here I need to intervene please….. The first thing is that the takeoff gearing up (Sometimes automatic) function shall be initiated between 90% of runway ending and before touching the region of stop way. The flight shall be lifted in this region about 6 - 7° and the initial lifting height would be 35 feet; the total function will be in the order of less than 8 seconds and thereafter it would be reached to 1500 feet in another few seconds. Wait... wait... What….? … Understand…. You are asking how did calculate while sitting inside aircraft. …. Please don’t ask me since you never been asked to writer sujatha’s articles like how did he write? Any frequent traveller can understand the abnormalities and mal sequence, and it is quite natural to we like engineers. In our case it was little bit anomalous since the said above all are collapsed and we can say it was a crazy takeoff!!! Travel duration is one hour twenty five minutes between Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport Ahmedabad to Indra Gandhi airport Delhi via Udaipur, Ajmer and Jaipur. Now the Zenith starts…… We could see very bad meteorological conditions and it was raining while touching Ajmer with heavy lightning and thundering. In our project life also without such lightning and thundering (Healthy technical cold war between colleagues) we cannot complete it successfully. Cockpit announcement comes ……that there is no landing signal initiated by Delhi airport authorities… Again announcement … fuel level is low… Again announcement from cockpit ….. Going to Land the aircraft at Jaipur for fueling …. Again cockpit announcement …. This time... Flight lost all the control……!!!!!!! Now we can say literally we were falling down!!!!!!!! All the emergency indications were initiated …. Huge crying noise inside the flight…..some people started praying towards their God??? Somebody’s safety belt got cut …someone got urinated ….most of people started vomiting… All of a sudden flight was being controlled and the turbulence was started again after few minutes…. We all were listening pilot’s communication …. It was creating more turbulence among us… In between Jaipur also crossed......!!!!! The flight was bit closely nearing to Delhi... and there was no landing initiation through by the Delhi airport authorities!! The pilot was intimating to airport authorities that he was going to select the emergency landing which is dedicated for army like distinctive landing path….. The flight was literally falling …. Dragged left side … Dragged right side… trying for lifting up…. Finally the pilot managed the aircraft and landed safely at emergency landing path. Immediate after few minutes both the pilots were come out from cockpit and they were seems to be scared … shivering…. Dear Guys…. The following was running in my mind before landing:- I am going to die in a few minutes Will my daughter continue her study? Will my family run without any trouble? My body would be identified properly after my death? How long it will take for complete death? It would be a painful death or what? Defiantly the aircraft will not going to be busted since there was no fuel. I was trying to close my eyes for last time meditating but failed!!!!!!! Finally I said thanks to the Earth!!!!!!!! The purpose of this mail is not scaring anybody. People should understand the situation while flying at Air traffic. Now Coming to MH 370… Coming to MH 370 which was flying between Kuala Lumper, Malaysia to Beijing, China by 8th March -2014 with 227 passengers plus 12 crew members. The countries are started justifying either side honesties rather than doing fruitfully a little. Now it is deep-rooted that so far we all are thinking about US people are monopolies in satellite communication, now it is just nothing but mirage. “All are just news unless it is not happening to us!!!” With Love, P.
