MISTY RIVER IN ST. CHARLES Woke up early to a strange mist rising over the buldings to the east, turning pink in the early morning sunrise. Wanting to investigate, I grabbed my pants and shoes and discovered Gayle was also awake, so off we dashed. Cold air + warm river = mist! The mist was much thicker before we could snap these pics, but well keep our eyes open and see if we can catch a better mist tomorrow. Look carefully at one of the last pics of the river and you will see a mist devil swirling up from the water... The last 2 pics are of our booty from the farmers market right near the river. Hey, we were awake, why not get breakfast?
