MIke Riley as coach.....First of all, Im glad its not Reilly because thats too hard to spell....Secondly, his success as a coach hinges on his staff so lets hope its better than Bos. Dont be surprised if its a clean sweep. I thnk the days of old-school Nebraska influence on the sidelines is over, but lets face it, the Nerbaska Way hasnt had anything to really hang its hat on where the hardware is concerned....Third, listening to The Horn, Austins Sports Radio, made it sound like Riley is no different from Pelini except that hes nicer. So the idea of Eichorst going for Riley based on his personality and being content with nine wins a season is frankly insulting to me and pisses me off to the point of bladder failure. But I also sometimes wonder if The Horn secretly still regards Texas as the one true Republic and even recognizes Nebraska as a state so theres that. In any case, welcome to UNL, Coach Rley!!
