MONDAY - BROCCOLI CHEDDAR. Just a fantastic day. A private party in the courtyard earlier today. The weather was playing on everyones nerves most of the morning. We set up both inside and out (where our hosts preferred of course). Sprinkles, sunshine, sprinkles. They chose the courtyard. You guessed it. Just about the time everyone was seated and ready to eat the sky opened and 50 guests had soaked backs! Did they come in? What do you think? They were all so much fun and through it all it was one of the best events weve ever pulled off. I was the chef and my many of our present and past servers came in to lend a hand. I could not have done it without these gals!
