MORE REST FOR ANDRE SHEFFIELD have been forced into a rethink with their team plans ahead of Thursdays mouthwatering clash with Workington at Owlerton (7.30). Andre Compton, who was involved in a horror crash in the Sky match with Somerset last week, was originally planning to return for the meeting against one of his former clubs - but his doctor has advised he needs another week of rest. Said Tigers chief Peter Mole: Andre is OK, but he needs another week of rest. Hes still not quite fit enough to race but the fact he was even prepared to do so is a miracle when you look at the crash! Getting guest riders is harder and harder with riders racing for different teams at different levels, but we are delighted to welcome Kevin Wolbert and Ashley Birks into the side for Thursday. Wolbert will guest for back injury victim Leigh Lanham, who also needs another week out, Birks is in for Ty Proctor (leg) and rider replacement will operate for Compton.
