MR. BIG STUFF BUSTER NEEDS NEW FRIEND! Ugh, there is absolutely no reason for handsome five year old Buster to be on tonight’s at risk list! This great hunk of a cat dude came into the shelter just a couple of days ago when his family moved and couldn’t bother to take him along with them—even though he was a faithful feline friend since kittenhood. Buster, who has lived with other cats, a dog & kids (why, this great guy was even around babies) was noted to be super affectionate, playful, cuddly and loving. In other words, he is a gentle giant of a kitty. Even when his family was surrendering him, he was calm and relaxed. It makes absolutely no sense why he was slapped with a NH rating. Just because he was a bit grumpy during his behavior eval? Jeez, just look at his notes and how he reacted during intake. It is obvious this is an amazing cat who will be a great companion to anyone . This is a definite housecat-sofa snuggler. Not only that, Buster doesn’t even have a kitty cold! How in the world can the ACC justify killing this great guy? Well, that’s exactly what will happen when tomorrow afternoon rolls around if we don’t do everything we can to move this fab fella to safe haven tonight or tomorrow before noon. Let’s get started now! Won’t you please be Buster’s rescue angel? Save a life. Make a difference.
