MY ANALYSIS: The DIFFERENCE between the tech bubble in 1990s and now is very CLEAR Back in 1990s, we had software companies exploding that primarily targeted computers (one gadget). NOW - We have startups that target real estate avenues like smartphones, computers, tablets, smart glasses etc (multiple gadgets = multiple revenue sources as each is unique). So as long as we get new gadgets and there is a significant demand for it, the tech bubble will keep growing. The hibernation will set in once the existing avenues are exhausted and the curve has been reached for couple years.
