MY BROTHER WILL DIE PROBABLY WITHIN A WEEK IF I CANT FIND ANYONE - TopicsExpress

MY BROTHER WILL DIE PROBABLY WITHIN A WEEK IF I CANT FIND ANYONE TO HELP US this TIME!!!! I am begging for some help against this political system that is trying to justify this new IDV court program. They are railroading the wrong people (I am sure there are many people who deserve to be treated this way because I grew up in a domestic violence household but my brother is not an abuser and is going to die this time if we dont get help). This is all hearsay and no actual evidence of any wrong doing. My brothers wife came home one day from work with a cop stating my brother was threatening her and had kicked one of the kids. He did not threaten her and the kicking was normal wrestling he always did with his little girls since he was the primary caregiver while his wife worked and went to school. He was confused and told to leave his house without any of his belonging that they had acquired over their 8 years of being together (if not longer). Confused and scared he had words with the cop (nothing big) and cop ended up arresting him because he didnt leave right away. He is a SEVERE DIABETIC and has a pump in his stomach that they force him to remove when they arrest him and he ended up in the hospital within a 24 hour period because his sugar wasnt regulated anymore. He also has stage 3 kidney disease because of what this diabetes has done to him. When he was released a week later when they finally reduced bail enough so we could afford it, he stayed away from her and followed all court appointments, counseling appointments, etc... Then she started calling him asking for help with cat, money, etc... and kept having him come spend the night at her house but still she never really let him see her kids. I told him to stay away because of the order of protection but she kept calling. When he finally stopped handing her extra money because he is on disability and they started taking money from his check and he has 3 other kids he pays for from his first wife. Then two weeks later the cops showed up in the middle of the night and arrested him on 5 violation orders in Buffalo and 1 violation order in Depew. Weird thing about those violation orders is that they were all filed in order consecutively on the same day and had different violation dates according to the court system when I went to bail him out which they said was odd. They had already reduced all 5 Buffalo bails after almost three weeks of sitting in there to $1.00 per violation. The 1 case in Depew was reduced from $50,000 to an ROR which they said was also weird. Confirming what one attorney told me that they are doing this to many people because they are trying to justify this new program they are trying to get funded and awareness for. This last time he almost died and ended up in the hospital twice within that 3 week period because they took his diabetes pump again. Today he went to a normal scheduled court appearance for two of those Buffalo cases that thy transferred over to that new IDV Court program (Supreme Court) and without warning and out of the blue they said they were throwing him back in jail and issuing impossible bail amounts and no new court date until January 5th. How can they simply throw you back in jail for something you were bailed out on and for no reason. He has not violated anything and has stayed away and gone to all his court hearings and counseling like scheduled since he was released the day after Thanksgiving and has not in any way had any contact with her. Because our family is working class and has no money no one will help us and we have no recourse to fight this political railroading to justify this IDV Court program. I KNOW THERE ARE MANY ABUSERS THAT THIS SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED FOR AND IT IS NEEDED BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF HURTING AND KILLING SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT DESERVE IT. There is so much more I can say about this case but please someone find someone to help us! I tried to summarize it!
