MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS: 1) Fish Oil = AKA Omega-3. Like it or not our body still needs FAT and fish oil will provide an excellent source of GOOD FAT. It made my core look more defined and my skin more radiant. Fish oil is a must for any individual regarding health and fitness. 2) Hydroxycut = Hydroxycut is a fat burner. The pill alone will not work if you do not EXERCISE. Be sure to have an EXTREME workout session if ever you are planning to use this otherwise everything goes to SHIT regarding the SIDE EFFECTS it might do to your body. I would not really recommend this supplement to anyone so be sure to take SAFETY MEASURES if ever you are planning to use this. 3) Aloe Vera Gels = It made my skin complexion more radiant. Aloe Vera states that it has a slimming effect especially in the core area. I do not know how the slimming effect takes place but one thing for sure, it made me SHIT like hell. If you are having trouble shitting, take aloe vera soft gels. 4) Melatonin = INSOMNIA? Take melatonin for a PERFECT GOODNIGHT sleep. 5) Whey Protein = Whey protein makes you lose weight since it fills you up. Thus you will feel less hungry. I personally use whey protein in order to save muscle mass since Im an athlete. During intense cardiovascular activity, we lose fat and muscle mass at the same time. I take whey protein after cardio/strength training in order to conserve muscle mass. 6) Water = The best SUPPLEMENT that I can recommend and I need not to explain why. :-)
