Made meatloaf for the first time last night with a few tweaks to this recipe and it was simply amazzzzzing! Tyler will vouch for me, im sure. I used organic beef, I didnt saute the celery with the onions which gave it a nice crunch, substituted 1 tbs of red wine and 1 tbs of soy sauce for the Worcestershire, added about a pinch more than 1 tsp of sriracha to the tomato sauce topping mixture and a little LOVE....Bon appetite!
