Maharashtra Assembly speaker Haribhau Bagade passed confidence motion by voice vote and NOT actual vote !!! This is ultimate shame !! . Its not that BJP had crystal clear majority like say Haryana or Gujarat. If Govt is formed in Haryana amd Gujarat by voice vote, I would dismiss opposition as fighting over technicality. But MH isnt technicality !! There should have clear YES-NO vote and not just voice vote. . Haribhau Bagade should be expelled and imprisoned for 6 months for completely subverting system and gross misuse of discretionary powers.
