Main - CrossFit this is a neo custom benchmark cardio wod…we will record the top 3 times male and female on the whiteboard at neo View Public Whiteboard: bit.ly/1m4bkTF Warm-up Coaches Choice (No Measure) Include WOD movements Metcon Metcon (Time) Must complete all 3 within 40 minutes 1 mile run 1 mile row (1600m) 100 burpees Doesnt matter what order they are done in, score is all 3 times combined, so for instance if i row 7 minutes, run 7 minutes and do the 100 burpees in 7 minutes my total score is 21:00.
