Straight line from head to toe, lifting up from bottom hip. Shoulders stacked on top of grounded elbow so joints are in a straight line. Abs pulled in and tail bone tucked so lower back is not arched. 2.reach hand above head then pull down elbow to meet knee. Lift up bottom hip while doing this motion to maintain straight line from head to toe. 3pletely straighten arm and leg then, pull down elbow to meet knee again. 4.repeat this motion for 30 seconds and do other side. *****option, put bottom knee down for more support and do same motions.
