Pull tail bone in, navel to spine and weight on heels. Putting hands in front helps with balance. 2. Bend at knees and hips: keep knees stacked above your ankles, push bum out as if getting ready to sit in a chair, most of weight resting on your heels (you should be able to lift your toes off the ground when seated), shoulders lined up over knees. 3. To return to standing, squeeze glutes, and pull up using core muscles and focus on not arching lower back, pulling tailbone in. Do for 30 seconds! If you want to go crazy, do this again, but next go around do a wide squat!
