More Model and Talent evilness, advice is appreciated: We just got a call from a debt collector for $617 Model and Talent thinks we still owe them. They kept the $833 we originally paid them with out providing the service we bought from them. Visa Fraud Prevention refunded us when we disputed the charge. Model and Talent never provided the service we bought but theyre expecting us to pay the remaining balance. I know I can dispute this with the debt collector but who decides whos right? I cant afford a lawyer or to pay for a service we never received. Would a lawyer be necessary? I dont want this to affect my credit. The stress of this is affecting me physically and Im struggling with how to deal with this. Do any if you know what I could do?
