[Making Tough Decisions and Take Responsibility for it] The difference between people who are successful and those who are more successful - The latter made more tough decisions legally, morally and ethically and take responsibility for it. And I am not referring to those day to day decision such as what to eat or what to wear. Highly successful people made decisions in their personal relationships, health, financial, business and career life that most choose not to because of fear of the unknown outcome and yet be responsible for it. This means constantly taking a leap out of your comfort zone. It requires energy, courage, grit and tenacity. Therefore only a small minority achieved a fulfilling life living their wildest dreams. For example, Ive heard of many wanted financial freedom, becoming millionaire, multi millionaire or even billionaire. Yet, the same group cant even make a simple decision to take personal responsibility to unlearn, relearn and taking massive action upon learning the new knowledge. Ill be straight forward here; if you cant even make a decision for ten thousand dollars and be responsible for it, what make you think you are able to make decision for hundred thousands, one million, 10 millions, 100 millions or even 1 billion. And I discover one interesting distinction about making tough decisions; it get easier and easier as time goes by. The initial phase is nerve wracking especially when you are going against the tide. But once you stick with it and play full tilt with constant correction (without invalidation on self and others), you will develop sub conscious competence in making them very soon. So dont just dream, you must start to make tough decisions in life if you really want to be successful. P/S: Tough decision such as taking another person life is not part of this post discussion.
