Making dried pike is so time consuming and takes a lot of work! First u have to go catch them. (Which is the fun part)Then cut them! Then wash them! Then hang them! Then rotate them! Then daily open them when they curl! Then go through them to see which are done! Then cut them again and package them! (I like to let them sit in ziplock bags couple days in my porch to help even out before freezing them) Best part... Eating them! Lots of work being a hooker!!!! but worth it lol 😋🎣
