Making sense of FDCs parliamentary changes. The ninth parliament will return from recess on Tuesday, in the wake of a major shake-up of the shadow cabinet and the leadership of parliamentary oversight committees as proposed by the new Leader of Opposition Wafula Oguttu, working hand in hand with his Forum for Democratic (FDC) Party President Mugisha Muntu. Other opposition parties are also reportedly making changes to their line-ups which they will present to Parliament. What do you think is the likely impact of the changes.
