WAN, LAN and TCP/IP knowledge. Familiar with Microsoft 2003 Enterprise Server, Window 2000 Advance Server, Group Policy, Exchange Server 2003 and Proxy Firewall concept. Have adequate knowledge in IT maintenance, system backup, asset administration and standard operational procedure. Deep understanding in Database programming (such as: SQL and Microsoft Access).
