Man charged with being an accessory to shooting murder - Sans Souci Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man with being an accessory to the shooting murder of a man at San Souci last year. Neal Todorovski, 37, was shot a number of times after he and two friends were involved in a confrontation with another man outside a unit in Selmon Street, Sans Souci, on Wednesday 4 January 2012. A number of shots were also fired at one of Mr Todorovski’s friends. Mr Todorovski was pronounced deceased upon arrival at St George Hospital. The Homicide Squad formed Strike Force Lobbe to investigate the shooting, with assistance also provided by the Gangs Squad and St George Local Area Command. About 2pm yesterday (Tuesday 10 September 2013), a 33-year-old man was arrested upon his attendance at the Sydney Police Centre. Homicide Squad detectives charged him with being an accessory before and after the murder of Mr Todorovski. He was refused bail to appear at Central Local Court today. Another man remains before the court on charges of murder and shoot with intent to murder.
