Managed to equal my maximum heart rate last night getting across to the break on the finish hill last night in 53x11! I suspect Graham Weigh was the same. End of another great promotion by the Audlem. Ive said it before but the Audlem CC have been a breath of fresh air in the sport. A great club who are putting a great deal in even though they are so young (as a club). Thanks on behalf of all the riders i am sure.
