Managed to stay away from the winter Steam sales because A) Dont have much cash to spend and B) Most people dont seem to think much good is on sale. And yet I got a notification that Half Life is on sale. Ive been looking at it for years but never went near it. And yet I just spent £3.50 on it. And I wont even look at it for at least 2 months. While I have a laptop that is dying and a desktop in limbo. And I still friggin hate KB/M. But I dont feel bad because I am aware of its reputation, I k ow its considered one of the all time greats of vidyagaemz. And while typically I dont actually like those games considered greats (Final Fantasy, Super Mario, MGS, Zelda games to name a few) I give credit where credit is due, I can see why others like them. And I feel I need to give series a chance before I dismiss it. even if it takes years to get around to them. TL;DR I dun bought an old game that I wont play for a long time because legacy.
