Managing the inflation rate & creating jobs are key accomplishments of the Aquino administration, but people must also see that goods & services are affordable to them and that wages allow them to fulfill their needs. In short, it is not enough to say that the inflation rate was moderated at 4.9%, but the people found it hard to purchase a kilo of rice. Or to say that many jobs were created in the past year, but the people found it hard to get one that offered a reasonable wage.
