Many have prophesied that a particular season in our life has ended. While they may have prophesied well, they also need to give you prophetic insight for the season to come. Seasons just dont end... and thats it. When summer exits, here comes autumn on its heel. When a season ends, another begins. Seasons are cyclical because God ordained it so. Genesis 8:22, As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.” Therefore, when you exit one season of your life, another season begins. And it doesnt matter who prophesies that its over, its not over until God says its over. Your season changes when you have done all required of you in the current season. Dont you dare try to change your season because it is just as foolish a thing as someone trying to prolong winter when its time to warm up. You have no control over the weather of your season no matter what you have in your wardrobe that you like to wear. You must submit to your season and respect it. You dont control your seasons but you can accelerate or delay them. Your response to the challenges God sets before you dictates your acceleration or your delay. You can either pass your test and rest in God until the season changes, or you can wrestle and rebel your way into a prolonged one. For example, the children of Israel could have entered the Promised Land in no time, but their complaining and rebelling served as their hindrance. Joshua and Caleb passed their test just rested in God until their season changed. Your season is coming and your season is here. How you govern yourself in your season is going to determine whats to come and when it comes.
