Many if the current Members of Parliament were never mandated by the people. They won with the aid of crooked Election Officials and flawed proccesses including Defective Common Rolls. Rush Hour or last minute efforts by our genius Electoral Commissioner often contributes to some of the election woes in the recent past. Therefore if the Electoral Commission and the Govt are serious about rectifying these problems through the Bio Metric Voting System, it must act now because such system could require time, resources and manpower. Democracy is maintained by intergrity, not money. So early preparations in necessary and called for.
