Many of will make a 🎉New Years Resolution🎉 to lose weight and eat better. If this is you here are two rules to follow that will ensure you are successful this year! 1. ❌❌DONT BUY THE HYPE❌❌ this is the supplement industries favorite time of year. Every shake, tea, pill, juice, detox, powder and protein company will try to convince you your success depends on their product. Dont buy the hype. If you must buy something READ THE NUTRITION LABEL! Does the product contain artificial flavor, sweetners or colors? Does it contain preservatives or anti caking agents?🚫Most likely does move on you dont need it! Does the product promise a quick fix? Lose 10lbs in 10 days or dramatic weight loss in 21, 24 or 30 days?🚫 Buy into this and you will be back right where you are now this time next year making the same weight loss resolution. 2.Be realistic. Dont decide you are going to kill it in the gym 7 days a week when your job or family really wont allow that. You will start to feel you failed the day you miss a workout😕 💪 plan your workout schedule around your job, family etc. ✔Mark this time on your calendar and ✔ set a reminder on your phone. Should you have extra time one week put in another workout 💪 and think of it as a bonus! Make changes to your diet that you can tolerate. If you hate vegetables🌿🌿🍆 dont become a vegetarian. Dont shun all carbs and sugars🍩🍰🍕 you can enjoy some of your favorite foods and still lose weight. Aim for a 5lb weight loss. 20, 30 50 pounds goals are to big to focus on and require a lot of time. Focus on 5lbs at a time. It will add up and come off faster than you think!
